AN ACT to give the sanction of the General As-

sembly of Maryland to the bequest in the will of
|
|
|
John Cowton, late of Washington county, de-
|
|
|
ceased, to the Saint Andrew's Protestant Episco-
|
|
|
pal Church, of Clear Spring, Washington county,
|
|
|
Maryland.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General
|
|

bequest.
|
Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby
|
|
|
given to the bequest in and by the last will and
|
|
|
testament of John Cowton, late of Washington
|
|
|
county, deceased, to and for the use and benefit of
|
|
|
the Saint Andrew's Protestant Episcopal Church,
|
|
|
of Clear Spring, Maryland, and the vestry of said
|
|
|
church.
|
|
Effective.
|
