SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the present divid-

across Little Savage near John Wilhelm's and run-

ning with Barton and Lonaconing road and running
|
 
|
with said road to Mrs Hanson Brown's, on Pea
|
 
|
Ridge, thence with said road down and across Pea
|
 
|
Ridge to Henry Broad water's, Jr., at the head of
|
 
|
Harton Hollow, from thence across to William W.
|
 
|
Broadwater's, thence across to the head waters of
|
 
|
Bear Pen Run, thence with said run to Savage
|
 
|
River, thence with said river to the old ford, from
|
 
|
thence across said river running with the public

road to the place of beginning. And all that por-

tion of Garrett county as described in this section

known and described as district number eleven.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the place of hold-
|
 
|
ing elections in said districts numbers ten and eleven
|
 
|
shall be for districts number ten at Deer Park, and
|
 
|
for number eleven at " The Elbow," at the house of
|
 
|
Joseph Warnick. And be it enacted, That the vot-
|

where held.

from its present location at Fort Pendleton to Mrs.

Thomas Grimes', on Northwestern Grade. And be

it further enacted, That the voting place of district
|

number one shall be moved from its present loca-

tion, Altamont, to Swanton, on the Baltimore and
|
 
|
Ohio Railroad.

SEC 5. And be it enacted, That the Governor
