AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments

the second section of chapter four hundred and

eighty-seven of the acts of the General Assembly

of Maryland, passed at the January session, eigh-

teen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An

Act supplementary to an act entitled 'An Act

to incorporate companies to make several turn-

pike roads through Baltimore county ' " and for

other purposes, passed at January session, eigh-

teen hundred and five.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That section two of an act passed

at January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-

eight, chapter four hundred and eighty-seven, en-
