SECTION 16. And be it enacted, That said com-

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That James Wooters, late clerk
|
 
|
of the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's county, be
|
 
|
and he is hereby allowed and granted twelve months
