Chapter 114.

 

AN ACT to incorporate the Board of Foreign Mis-

 

sions of the General Synod of the Evangelical

 

Lutheran Church in the United States of America.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That Charles A. Stork, John G.

 

Butler, George Scholl, Jacob A. Clutz, Frederick P.

 

Henninghausen, William M. Kemp, Oliver A. Lantz

 

and Samuel D. Schmucker, and their successors as

 

they shall from time to time be chosen and ap-

 

pointed in the manner hereinafter set forth, be and
