Chapter 114.

AN ACT to incorporate the Board of Foreign Mis-
|
 
|
sions of the General Synod of the Evangelical
|
 
|
Lutheran Church in the United States of America.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That Charles A. Stork, John G.
|
 
|
Butler, George Scholl, Jacob A. Clutz, Frederick P.
|
 
|
Henninghausen, William M. Kemp, Oliver A. Lantz
|
 
|
and Samuel D. Schmucker, and their successors as
|
 
|
they shall from time to time be chosen and ap-
|
 
|
pointed in the manner hereinafter set forth, be and
|

they hereby are made, declared and constituted a

sions of the General Synod of the Evangelical

Lutheran Church in the United States of America.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That no misnomer of
|
 
|
the said corporation shall defeat or annul any gift,
|
 
|
grant, devise or bequest to it or for its benefit in any
|
