AN ACT to repeal section twenty-two of the Acts
|

of Assembly, passed at January session of eighteen
|
 
|
hundred and seventy-eight, entitled " An Act to
|
 
|
add an additional article to the Code of Public
|
 
|
Local Laws," to be entitled " Garrett county,"
|
 
|
and to re-enact the same with amendments pro-
|
 
|
viding for additional pay to the crier of the Cir-
|
 
|
cuit Court.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That section twenty-two of chap-
|
 
|
ter one hundred and eight of the Acts of Assembly,
|
 
|
passed at the January session of eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight, entitled " An Act to add an additional
|

article to the Code of Public Local Laws," to be

entitled " Garrett county," be and the same is here-
|
 
|
by repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
|
 
|
SECTION 22. That the commissioners of said
|
 
|
county shall levy, annually, for the crier of the Cir-
cuit Court for said county, three dollars per day for
|

said crier at the close of each session of the court

for his services during said session.

certain funds in the hands of Robert J. Waller,

administrator of the estate of Franklin E, Waller,
