Chapter 1O1.

 

AN ACT to repeal section twenty-two of the Acts

 

of Assembly, passed at January session of eighteen

 

hundred and seventy-eight, entitled " An Act to

 

add an additional article to the Code of Public

 

Local Laws," to be entitled " Garrett county,"

 

and to re-enact the same with amendments pro-

 

viding for additional pay to the crier of the Cir-

 

cuit Court.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That section twenty-two of chap-

 

ter one hundred and eight of the Acts of Assembly,

 

passed at the January session of eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight, entitled " An Act to add an additional

by repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

 

SECTION 22. That the commissioners of said

 

county shall levy, annually, for the crier of the Cir-
