necessary and proper to carry into effect the provi-

sions of this act and to promote the designs of the

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the by-laws,

rules and regulations of the said Merchants' and

Manufacturers' Association of Baltimore shall be the
|

by-laws, rules and regulations for the government
|
 
|
of the corporation hereby created until the same
|
 
|
shall be regularly repealed or altered by said corpo-
|

ration; and that the present officers and directors

of purchasing or otherwise acquiring and holding

AN ACT to repeal section thirty-nine of article

of Maryland, title "Evidence," and to re-enact the

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That section thirty-nine of article

thirty-seven of the Code of Public General Laws be
