Park Cemetery Company, so as to enable it to

purchase or lease any land in Baltimore county (in

quantity not to exceed twenty acres), lying between

the present limits of the cemetery grounds of said

company and the line of the north side of Wilkens

avenue, and the said company shall have, in respect

to the said land when acquired by it, all such pow-

ers of disposition and control as under its charter
