AN ACT to amend the fourth article of the Code

of Public Local Laws of this State, title " City of
|
 
|
Baltimore," sub-title " Jurors," by repealing the
|
 
|
six hundred and first, six hundred and third, six
|
 
|
hundred and fourth, six hundred and fifth, six
|
 
|
hundred and sixth, six hundred and seventh, and
|
 
|
six hundred and fourteenth sections thereof, as
|
 
|
the same have been enacted or amended, and by
|
 
|
enacting in lieu thereof certain sections to be
|
 
|
known and designated as sections six hundred
|
 
|
and one, six hundred and three, six hundred and
|
 
|
four, six hundred and five, six hundred and six
|
 
|
six hundred and seven, six hundred and seven A,
|
 
|
six hundred and fourteen, and six hundred and
|
 
|
fourteen A of said fourth article of said Code of
|
 
|
Public Local Laws.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the six hundred and first, six
|
 
|
hundred and third, six hundred and fourth, six hun-
|
 
|
dred and fifth, six hundred and sixth, six hundred
|
 
|
and seventh, and six hundred and fourteenth sec-
|
 
|
tions of the fourth article of the Code of Public
|
 
|
Local Laws of this State, title " City of Baltimore,"
|
 
|
sub-title " Jurors," as the same have been enacted or
|

601. The Judges of the Supreme Bench of Balti-

more city, or a majority of them, shall meet in some
