dition for grants in aid, increased State participation, then
the amount levied or appropriated hereunder shall be ratably
reduced to the extent of such increased State participation.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That if any provisions
of this Act, or the application thereof to any person or cir-
cumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the Act, and the
application of such provision to other persons or circumstances
shall not be affected thereby.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts
of laws, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and
they are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 5.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 135 of the Acts of 1874, entitled
"An Act to incorporate the Washington Grove Camp-Meet-
ing Association of the District of Columbia and Maryland",
and to repeal Chapter 90 of the Acts of 1886, Chapter 19 of
the Acts of 1890 and Chapter 467 of the Acts of 1908,
amending said Chapter 135 of the Acts of 1874.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 135 of the Acts of 1874, entitled "An Act
to incorporate the Washington Grove Camp-Meeting Associa-
tion of the District of Columbia and Maryland", and Chapter
90 of the Acts of 1886, Chapter 19 of the Acts of 1890 and
Chapter 467 of the Acts of 1908, amending said Chapter 135
of the Acts of 1874, be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect May 30, 1937.
