Liber 51—Debt Books 1745-1755 Somerset County. Two debt books
for the years 1745 and 1755, bound together, each con-
taining entries as above. The debt book labelled "1745"
has no authentic date mark; it has 120 pages; 1755 has
209 pages plus various additional short lists of lands
and part of an index. The first of these volumes is
arranged alphabetically by names of rent-payers, the
second is not.

Liber 52—Debt Books 1745-1755 Worcester County. Two debt
books for the years 1745 and 1755, bound together, each
containing entries as above. The 1745 debt book has
177 pages, 1755 has 205 pages plus various additional
lists of lands. No alphabetical arrangement.

Liber 53—Debt Books 1762-1768-1769-1771-1774 Worcester County.
Five books for the above-mentioned years, bound to-
gether, each containing entries as above. The debt book
for 1762 has 115 pages; 1768 has 42 pages; 1769 has 146
pages plus five pages of additional rent roll entries;
1771 has 40 pages, the first four missing; 1774 has 139
pages. All these volumes have the entries arranged
alphabetically by names of rent-payers.

Liber 54—Debt Books Additional for Worcester, Somerset, Talbot,
Cecil, Dorchester, Kent. Eight small volumes bound to-
gether, each containing short debt books ranging in
date from 1734 to 1758 for additional rent-rolls of Cecil,
Kent, Dorchester, Talbot, Worcester and Somerset
Counties. The latter two counties have two volumes
and the other one volume each. No alphabetical
arrangement.87

87 In addition to the above numbered series of debt books, the Land Office
also has three unbound debt books, one, a duplicate of the Queen Anne's
Debt Book for 1734 and the other two, undated, from Cecil County.
