102 PREROGATIVE COUBT RECORDS

Wills 11, Liber TB, p. 1484, 1701-1703. Original lacks p. 21-22,
4245. A transcription made by the Commissioners of 1716 is
complete.

Wills 12, two volumes bound together by the Commissioners of
1716:

Liber J. C., p. 1-357, 1705-1709.
Liber W. B. No. 2, p. 1-254,1709.
There is also a photostat copy.

Wills 13, Liber W. B. No. 5, p. 1-743, 1710-1714. P. 721-740 are
handwritten copies, probably made in 1834. P. 741-743 contain
the will of Charles, Lord Baltimore, drawn up in 1714. It was
recorded in 1907 by order of the Commissioner of the Land
Office. There is also a handwritten copy of the whole volume
made in 1909.

Wills 14, Liber W. B. No. 61, p. 1-738,1714-1718.
Wills 15, Liber T. B. No. 1, p. 1-357, 1718-1719. The will of Issa-
bella Drayden, probated in 1719, was recorded on the page
facing p. 1 in 1738 by William Rogers, Register.

Wills 16, Liber T. B. No. 5, p. 1-528, 1720-1721. P. 7-10 are copies
probably made in 1874. There is also a handwritten copy made
in 1909. Ten pages of the original used duplicate page numbers
and were copied on p. 736-752 of the copy. However, careful
cross references are given in red ink and there is no danger of
missing any of these pages.

Wills 17, Liber A. & D. No. 2, p. 1-326, 1721-1722. P. 319-326 con-
tain four wills probated in 1712 which were ordered to be re-
corded by the Commissary's Court in August 1723.

Wills 18, Liber WB, No. 1, erroneously marked "W.D. No. 1" p.
1-545, 1723-1726. P. 140, 546-549 are handwritten copies prob-
ably made in 1834.

Wills 19, Liber C.C. No. 2, p. 1-925, 1726-1730.

Wills 20, Liber C.C. No. 3, p. 1-928, 1730-1734.

Wills 21, Liber T&D, p. 1-928, 1734-1738.

Wills 22, Liber D.D. No. 1, p. 1-534, 1738-1742. P. 1-2, 527-534 are
handwritten copies, probably made in 1834.

Wills 23, Liber D.D. No. 2, p. 1-700, 1742-1744. P. 7-12 have been
transcribed, probably in 1874, and the copies bound in with the
