BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

April 3rd, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received the message of your Honorable Body,
proposing a Conference Committee upon the disagreement be-
tween the two Houses on House Bill No. 119, for the relief of
Eli T. Whitney, and concur in the same.

We have appointed as managers on behalf of this House,
Messrs Neal. Constable and Vandiver.

Which was read.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The rules were suspended so as to give a third reading
this day to

House bill entitled an Act to repeal the 12th and 13th Sec-
tions of Art 75, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Pleading, Practice and Procefs," sub-title "Pleading," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
By yeas and nays as follows:
