Bill No. 151, after a full and iree conference, respectfully
recommend to their respective Houses that the Senate recede
from its second amendment, and that the House of Delegates
concur in the first, third, fourth and fifth amendments of the
Senate.

Mr. Bannon, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill to authorize the County Commissioners of Anne
Arundel, Prince George's and Cal vert counties, to provide free
travel over the Patuxent River, at or near Hill's Bridge.

On motion by Mr. Bannon,

The rules were suspended, so as to give said bill a second
reading this day, by yeas and nays as follows:
