priate a sum of money for the purchasing of Campbell's Index,
and concur therein, and herewith return the same.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 125, of Article
16, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Chan-
cery," sub-title "Sales," and to re-enact the same with
amendment.

mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
