Mr. Bannon, from the Committee on Conference, submit-
ted the following

REPORT:

The managers on the part of the Senate appointed on the
Committee of Conference upon the disagreeing votes of the
two Houses upon the House bill No. 161, entitled "Land-
lord and Tenant," beg leave to make the following report:
They have agreed to strike out "Anne Arundel county" from
said bill, and that the House concur in the second amend-
ment as proposed by the Senate.
