Senate bill entitled an Act directing; the Comptroller to
cause to be refunded to Jesse Davis, of Wicomico county, the
sum of $65.

Which was adopted.

Also, by Mr. Lloyd, from Select Committee, unfavorably,

House bill entitled an Act to prevent stock from running
at large in Talbot county.

Which was adopted.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Also, unfavorably from the Committee on Finance,

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to aid the High School, established by Chrisfield District, in
Somerset county, to be known hereafter as the "Lankford
High School."

Which was adopted.
