Local Laws of Article 1, from 107 to 141, both inclusive, in
relation to the National Road lying within the limits of Al
legany and Garrett counties, and to constitute such parts of
the same as lies within the limits of said counties, respec-
tively, public roads of said county, and to enact the following
in lieu thereof,
