No. 203. An Act to prevent stock running at large in
Baltimore county within five miles from Baltimore city.
No. 218. An Act to regulate the catching of fish in the
waters of the Choptank river and its "tributaries.
No. 219. An Act to incorporate the Tuckahoe Bridge
Company.
No. 221. An Act to add a new Section to Article 26 of the
Code of Public General Laws, relating to corporations, so as
to provide a more summary remedy against companies incor-
porated by this State, with authority to transport persons or
property lor hire.
No. 223. An Act to repeal Sections 205, 206 and 212 of
Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of
Maryland, relating to the City of Baltimore, sub-title "Elec-
tions," and to re-enact Sections 205, 206 and 212 with
amendments.
No. 224. An Act to repeal Sections 51, 52 and 53 of Ar-
ticle 10 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chan-
cery," sub-title ''Injunction," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
No. 225. An Act to regulate the levy for State purposes
for the year 1876, and for subsequent years.
No. 226. An Act to repeal Section 65 of Article 35 of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Elections," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 227. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to defray
the expenses of the Adjutant General in defending a man-
damus to maintain possession of the office of Adjutant Gene-
ral, and its archives.
No. 228, An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay
L. F. Colton & Co., for paper furnished, and for printing,
binding and distributing the report of the Board of State
School Commissioners for the year 1874. as per order of the
Governor, in compliance with Acts of 1872, chapter 377,
sub chapter 12, Section 11.
No. 231. An Act to repeal Section 30 of Article 28, of
the Code Supplement of 1868, of Public General Laws as
enacted by Section 3, of chapter 299, of the Acts of the Gene-
ral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session,
1868, so far as the said Section relates to Worcester
county.
No. 232. An Act to pay to Philip W. Downes and George
M. Russum, a sum of money for services rendered the State
as council in the case of the United States, against William
R. Whiteley, an officer of registration, of the State of Mary-
land, for the 1st Election District of Caroline county.
