Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chap. 250, of the Acts
of 1860, entitled an Act to incorporate the Easton Passenger
and Freight Railway Company, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Section 10 of the Acts of 1867, entitled an Act
to incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Som-
erset and Worcester counties.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act giving the sanction of the Gen-
eral Assembly to the sale and conveyance of land from Jo-
seph Condon and Caroline Condon, his wife, to the vestry of
St. Mary Anne'n or North East Parish in Cecil county.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays.''

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 27, of Article 10,
of the Code of Public General Laws relating to Attachments,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to the executor or ad-
ministrator of Samuel H. Birckhead, deceased, late of Har-
ford county, a sum of money erroneously paid into the Treas-
ury.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to promote the security of com-
mercial transactions by regulating the issue, negotiability
and tiansfer of bills of lading, storage receipts, and like com-
mercial instruments, by defining the rights of the holders
thereof, and by preventing and punishing improper dealings
with the same, or with the goods covered thereby.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 509, of the
Acts of 1874, relating to public roads in Anne Arundel
county, and to repeal chap. 192, of the Acts of 1870, to re-
enact said chapter 192 with amendments.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ment:"

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Sec. 11, line 1, strikeout all after the word "shall," to
