886 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 31,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 414, of the
Acts of 1874, and to repeal Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, of Art.
53, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Landlord and
Tenant," and to re-enact said Sections with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, to subscribe to the capital stock
of the Baltimore, Chesapeake and Delaware Bay Railroad
Company, or to endorse the bonds el said Company,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as

follows:

by fire on the 7th day of January, 1875, while stored in To-
bacco Warehouses, Nos. 1 and 2,
