Mr. Stevens moved that the vote by which said bill failed
to receive a Constitutional majority, be reconsidered.
Which was decided in the negative.
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 1, 2, 3 and
4, of chapter 436, of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to regu-
late the pay of the State's Attorney for Prince George's
county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
