Mr. MeCulloh, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Uniontown
and Linwood Turnpike Company of Carroll county.
Which was read the second time.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered the following messages:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March, 25, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message declining to recede from
the amendment proposed to House bill No. 127, and asking
for a Committee of Conference on the same, and hereby con-
cur therein, and have appointed on the part of the House,
Messrs. Scott, Stewart and Sprigg.

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 25, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message requesting the return of
House bill No. 237, and respectfully comply therewith and

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 24, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

A motion to reconsider the vote of this House by which
Senate bill No. 52, relating to Garrett county, was indefi-
nitely postponed, was made in this House, in accordance with
the rules of this House. Before this motion came up for de-
cision, the said bill was improvidently returned to your Hon-
orable Body.

We, therefore, deeming it necessary to have the bill before
us in order to action upon said motion, respectively request
your Honorable Body to send back the same to this House.
