Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new Section to Article
26, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Corpora-
tions, so as to provide a more summary remedy against Com-
panies incorporated by the State, with authority to transport
persons or property for hire,

indebtedness of the President and Visitors of the Maryland
Hospital, now secured by mortgage of said Hospital and
premises, and to provide furniture for the same,

Was taken up,

Mr. Suit moved that said bill lie over, and be made the
order of the day for Monday, at 1 o'clock.
