Mr. Gorman submitted the following amendments:

Fill the blank in Sec. 2, with the words "seven of the

Sec. 3, line 2, fill the blank with "one hundred thou-
sand dollars."

Mr. Suit submitted the following amendment.:

Sec. 1, line 2, after the word ''dollars" insert "in
