Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the purchaser or
purchasers of the Kent County Railroad Company into a new
body politic, under the name of the Kent County Railroad
Company," or such other as they may adopt, and to allow the
same to be consolidated with the Smyrna and Delaware Bay
Railroad Company, and to incorporate the said Company
when so consolidated.
