674 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 22,

Sec. 21. And be it enacted, That any existing Acts or
parts of Arts, or provisions of the Code of Public General
Laws, or Public Local Laws, inconsistent with this Act, be
and the same are hereby repealed.

Sec. 22. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Mr. Steiner moved that the reading of said bill be dis-
pensed wish, and that it be printed.

Which was decided in the negative by yeas and nays as
follows:
