Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 16, of Article
29, of the Code of Public General Laws, enacted by chapter
320, of the Acts of 1874, and to amend and re-enact the same,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

Senators their presence was required in the Senate Chamber,
At 1.10 P. M.

On motion by Mr. Steveus,
