Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact Section
1 of ch. 403, of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act for the re-
lief of the Cambridge Female Seminary,

Was read the second time and failed to be ordered to be
engrossed for n third reading, by yeas and nays as follows :
