the speed of vehicles and equestrians on the approaches to
Druid Hill Park from North Avenue.

Favorable report from the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 93d Article of
the Code of Public General Laws relating to "Testamentary
Law," by adding a new Section thereto relating to devises.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Lloyd, from Select Committee, reported favorably

Senate hill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace in
Easton district in Talbot county.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported unfavorably

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Section 20, of Arti-
cle 11, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Attorneys
at Law and Attorneys in fact," sub-title "State's Attorney,"
and to amend and re-enact the same.

Which was adopted.

Mr. McCulloh, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably

Senate bill entitled an Act to revive and continue the Act
to incorporate the Humane Impartial Society and Aged Wo-
man's Home.

Which was read the first time.

Senate Joint Resolutions of inquiry into certain alleged
abuses in the offices of the Comptroller and Treasurer of the
State being upon its second reading,

The question was token upon the amendment heretofore
submitted by Mr. Walsh.

Which was adopted.

Said resolutions were then read the second time and ordered
to be engrossed for a third rending.
