Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Carroll county, to repair and build an addition
to the Court house in said county, and to borrow money for
that purpose, to issue bonds for the payment of the came, and
to levy taxes on the assessable praperty in said county, to re-
deem said bonds and to pay the interest thereon,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Bannon, the rules were suspended, so
as to give a third reading this day to

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Anne Arundel county, to construct a bridge
over Beard's creek in said county, and to levy a sum of
money for said purpose,
