On page 3, line 3, after the word "Militia," strike out
"Ten." and insert "fifteen."

Mr. Lloyd submitted the following amendment to the sec-
ond amendment heretofore adopted.

After the word "dollars," insert "Provided, the said sums
shall be paid out of the appropriation for the militia."
