Mr. McCulloh, from Committee on Corporations,
Reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 2 and 8, of
the Act passed January Session, 1868, to incorporate the
Parkton and Manchester Railroad Company, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Which was read the second time.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, Section 1 and 3 of chapter 35 of the Acts of 1864,
entitled an Act to incorporate the Methodist Episcopal Church
at Port Deposit, providing for the election of Trustees of
said Church,

Being upon its third reading.

Mr. Knight, submitted the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend title by adding to the end of same as follows:
"And changing the name of said Church to that of the
Trustees of The Tome Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church
in Port Deposit,"
Which was adopted.

Said bill as amended was then read the third time and
passed by Teas and nays as follows with proposed amend-
ments:

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Mudd, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to allow the County Commis-
sioners of Charles county, to pay Richard Barnes, Sr., the
usual per diem and compensation during the time he was
prevented in 1874 and 1875, by sickness from attending as
Chief Judge of the Orphans' Court.
Which was read the second time.

House bill entitled an Act to approve an Act passed Janu-
ary Session, 1874, chapter 93, requiring the County Commis-
