No. 44. An Act to declare the sanction of the General As-
sembly of Maryland to the bequest of John Gunby of Cosh-
orton county, Ohio, deceased, to the Commissioners of Pres-
byterian Church, Old School at Snow Hill, Maryland, and
to the Snow Hill Presbyterian Church, Worcester county,
Maryland, in trust to erect a Presbyterian Church at Stock-
ton in Worcester county, and for the support of a minister
to preach therein.
No. 45. An Act to permit the shooting of Wild Fowl from
sink boxes in the waters of Talbot county.
No. 46. An Act to regulate the sale of fire wood in the
City of Baltimore.
No. 47. An Act to repeal Section 4 and 6, of chapter 150,
of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to establish a Commis-
sion of Fisheries of the State of Maryland, define its duties,
and appropriate a sum of money to detray the expenses
thereof, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 48. An Act to regulate the closing of roads in Prince
George's county.
No. 49. An Act to repeal the Act of 1874, chapter 338,
entitled an Act for the taxation of dogs in Montgomery
county.
No. 50. An Act to repeal an Act passed at January Ses-
sion, 1874, chapter 506, entitled "an Act for the taxation of
dogs in the State of Maryland, so far as relates to Garrett
county.''
No. 51. An Act to change the dividing line between the
3d and 5th Election Districts in Garrett county.
No. 52. An Act supplementary to an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Orphan House and Episcopal Free School
Society of All Saint's Church in Frederick town, passed at
December Session, 1837, chapter 147, and to the supplement,
passed January Session, 1854, chapter 104.
No. 58. An Act to repeal the 7th Section of the 57th Arti-
cle of the Code of Public General Laws of this State, title
"Limitations of Actions," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
