County," sub-title "County Commissioners," and to amend
and re-enact the same with amendments, and to add a sub-
Section thereto, and to provide tor the appointment of two
County Commissioners by the Governor to serve until the
next general election,

ments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
State's Attorney for Dorchester county, to stet certain cases
on the docket of the Circuit Court for said county,
