NFGATIVE—None.
On motion of Mr. Dennis,

The vote by which said bill was passed was reconsidered,
When,

Mr. Gorman, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the fol-
lowing amendment:

Add the following Section :

Section — And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, he and the
same are hereby repealed.

Which was adopted.

Said bill as amended, was then read the second time, and
ordered to he engrossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act, declaratory of the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed January Session, 1853,
chapter 109, entitled "an Act to amend an Act, entitled an
Act to incorporate the Fremont Savings Institution of Balti-
mote," by allowing said Institution the privilege embraced
tinder the Act entitled an Act to continue the corporate ex-
istence of the several Hanking Institutions therein mentioned
passed at January Session, 1853, chapter 441 and to extend
the corporate existence of the People's Bank of Baltimore.

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec 36, of Art. 10,
of the Code of Public General Laws as re-enacted by Chap.
45, of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1874, relating to
Attachments, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
