On motion by Mr. Walsh,
The Eules were suspended so as to take up

House bill entitled an Act to extend the charter of the
New York and Baltimore Transportation Line.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Brewer, Lawrence,
Cooper, McCulloh,
Dennis, Phelps,
Freeman, Stevens,
Getty, Steiner,
Gorman, Walsh—14.
NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the proper repre-
sentation of the State of Maryland, at the celebration of the
one hundredth anniversary of the American Independance.

Was rend the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
