Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 52, of the
Acts of 1868, entitled au Act to repeal Section 45, of Article
29, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Circuit
Courts for the Counties," and to re-enact the same with
amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
