incorporate the Citizens' Railway Company, of Baltimore
city, passed at the January Session, 1870,

Was re-committed to the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 50, of Article
51, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Justices
of the Peace, and re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read the third time and rejected, for want of a consti-
tutional majority, by yeas and nays, as follows:
