EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT,

Annapolis, March 30, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate of Maryland :

I nominate James McGregor as Officer of Registration for
the 9th district of Worcester county, a new district; Daniel
C. Hudson, Officer of Registration for the 3rd district of said
county, vice James McGregor, resigned; and James M. Brat-
ten Justice of the Peace for the 3rd district of said county.

The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointments.
