I nominate Samuel C. Rigbey as Officer of Registration,
William H, Vane and William Edward Barton as Justices
of the Peace for the 6th district of Queen Anne's county, a
new district created by law of the present session.

The Senate advised and consented to the atoregoing ap-
pointment.
