Whereupon the Senate,
On motion by Mr. Stevens,

Advised and consented to the said nominations.

Mr. Walsh, from the Committee on Executive Nomina-
tions, to which had been referred the nominations for Jus-
tices of the Peace for the 9th, 11th, 12th and 20th wards of
Baltimore, reported the Committee were of opinion that said
nominations ought to be confirmed.

The Senate advised and consented to said nominations.

Wr. Walsh, from the Committee oa Executive Nomina-
tions, to which had been referred the nominations for Balti-
more county, reported the Committee were of opinion that
said nominations ought to be confirmed, (except the nomina-
tion of ——— Reever as Justice of the Peace for the 12th dis-
trict, and the nominations for Justices of the Peace for the
9th district.)

On motion by Mr. Freeman,

The Senate advised and consented to the said nomina-
tions.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative busi-
ness.
