The aforegoing nominations for Justices of the Peace for
the 1st Legislative District were advised and consented to.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The nominations for Justices of the Peace for the 2nd Le-
gislative District were referred to the Committee on Execu-
tive Nominations.

On motion by Mr. Joyce,

The Senate advised and consented to the appointment of
Justices of the Peace for the 3rd Legislative District.
