On motion by Mr. Lloyd,

The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointment.

Mr. Walsh, from the Committee on Executive Nomina-
tions, to which had been referred the nomination of Thomas
J. Frazier an Justice of the Peace for the 6th district of Prince
George's county, reported the Committee were of opinion that
said nomination ought to be confirmed.

Whereupon, the Senate advised and consented to said nom-
ination.

On motion by Mr. Knight,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative busi-
ness.
