ments for Carroll county made during the recess of the Le-
gislature :

for 9th district vice self, who failed to

qualify.
June 11, 1874.—Jesse Lambert, Officer of Registration for

11th district vice self, who failed to qualify.
Aug. 5, 1874.—William Fisher, Officer of Registration for

1st district vice Jno. A. Martin, resigned.
Aug. 5, 1874.—Hug. E. Fiddis, Notary Public at Westmin-
ster vice F. J. Wheeler, who failed to

qualify.
Sept. 10. 1874.—Henry A. McAtes, Justice of the Peace for

7th district vice Abner Neal, deceased.
Mar. 31, 1875.—Francis Warner, Justice of the Peace for

6th district vice W. L. Tracy, deceased.
June 2, 1875.—Thomas Tipton, Justice of the Peace for

2nd district vice Jno. H. Jordan, who

failed to qualify.
Aug. 4, 1875.—Nathan Gorsuch, Justice of the Peace for

4th district vice Vincent Brown, deceased.
