ments made during the recess of the Legislature for Balti-
more county:

June 27, 1874.—Charles T. Miller, Justice of the Peace for
1st district vice Ormond Knight, who failed
to qualify.
Oct. 23, 1874.—C. Lewis Cross, Justice of the Peace for 9th

district vice Frank Lewis, deceased.

Nov. 12, 1874.—John P. Cuddy, Justice of the Peace for

10th district vice Jno, S. Curtis, deceased.

June 2, 1875.—Edward Kelly, Justice of the Peace tor 9th

district vice Jno. P. Clark, who failed to

qualify.

Dec. 17, 1875.—Abraham Painter, Justice of the Peace for
