2nd district vice Geo. W. Duvall, resigned.

The Senatt advised and consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointments, except the nomination of Thomas J. Frazier,
which was referred to the Committee on Executive Nomina-
tions.

Gentlemen of the Senate of Maryland :

I herewith transmit to you a list of the Executive appoint-
ments made during the recess of the Legislature for Queen
Anne's county:

June 5, 1874.—Benjamin N. Wright, Officer of Registra-
tion for 3rd district vice Wm. Deter, who
failed to qualify.

Aug. 28, 1874.—Y. T. White, Officer of Registration for 4th
district vice James Denny, who failed to
qualify.

Nov. 18, 1874.—Richard E. C. Downes, A. M., Justice of

the Peace for 2nd district vice Wm. D.

Smith, who failed to qualify.
Apr. 8, 1875.—John Goldsborough, Officer of Registration

for 3rd district vice Benjamin N. Wright,

resigned.

July 28, 1875.—Gustavus A. T. Wright, Justice of the Peace
for 3rd district vice E. T. M. Forman, de-
ceased.
