per diem as Judge of the Orphans' Court of said county, dur-
ing his absence from the session of said Court on account of

The bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to Ar-
ticle 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Mont-
gomery county," to provide for the allowance of certain de-
ductions to persons paying their county taxes within times
