The bill entitled an Act for the benefit of Lawson Riddle,
Nicholas Harding and Hazel Hobbs of Howard county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Uniontown and
Linwood Turnpike Company of Carroll county, Maryland,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county, to pay Samuel K. Griffith his
per diem as Judge of the Orphans' Court of said county, dur-
ing his absence from the session of said Court on account of
sickness,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to Ar-
ticle 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Mont-
gomery county," to provide for the allowance of certain de-
ductions to persons paying their county taxes within times
specified,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay Christain H. Walker, of Harford county, money for taxes
erroneously paid by him into the Treasury of the State,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 82 to 94, inclu-
sive, of Article 7, of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, re-
dating to the town of Uniontown in Carroll county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
thrid reading.
