Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact as amended
Sec. 6 of ch. 79, of the Ads passed at January Session, 1874,
entitled an Act for the protection of Black Bass and all other
fish in the Patapsco river, above tide-water.
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Secs. 2 and 3 of sub-ch.
2, title "Formation of Boards," of ch. 377, of the Acts
passed January Session, 1872, entitled an Act to repeal an
Act passed at the January Session of 1870, entitled an Act
to repeal an Act passed at the January Session of 1868, en-
titled "Public Education," providing a general system of
Public Schools for the State of Maryland, and to repeal all
laws inconsistent therewith, and to re-enact the same with
amendments, so far as the same relates to Washington county,
and to re-enact subtitutes therefor,
Was considered, and made the order of the day for Tues-
day, March 21st, 1876.
The bill entitled an Act to lav out and establish a new
Election District in Frederick county, out of a portion of
Frederick District, No. 2, and Creageratown District No. 4,
to be called "Lewistown District or Election District No. 19."
Being on its third reading.
