In Section 12, line 12, strike out the word "one" and in-
sert the word "two."
Amend Section 12, by adding thereto the words "provided
that all real estate sales made by said Sheriff, shall be re-
ported to and ratified by the Circuit Court of said county."
Strike out in Section 4, line 20, after the words "paid
over," to the word "discretion," in line 23.
